For solo and small personal injury practices
Someone just asked ChatGPT which injury lawyer to call. You want to know what it said.
Windward asks ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude the question your next client is asking, and shows you the answer they actually gave — including which firm got named instead of yours, and the reason the model gave for it.
Then it fixes what it can. Anything a client would read gets checked against your state bar’s advertising rules before it reaches you, and nothing regulated goes out without your signature on it.
We ask them. We don’t estimate.
There is a whole category of tool that will sell you a “visibility score” worked out from your backlinks. That is a guess about a machine that is sitting right there and will answer the question directly. Windward asks it, keeps the answer word for word, and shows you all three side by side.
ChatGPT
Asked the same four questions a prospective client types, for your market and your practice areas. Stored with the date and the exact model version, because these answers change.
Gemini
Asked the same four questions a prospective client types, for your market and your practice areas. Stored with the date and the exact model version, because these answers change.
Claude

They will disagree with each other. In testing they nearly always do — one names you, one names the firm down the road, one hedges. That disagreement is the useful part, so Windward shows it rather than averaging it into a single number.
The models cite facts, not adjectives
When we watched all three rank injury attorneys, every reason they gave was something a third party could confirm: a board certification, a State Bar listing, an Avvo rating, a language spoken. Not one of them cited “aggressive representation”. So Windward starts by finding the things about your practice that are specific and true.
- How you work a case
- What do you do on a case that the firm down the road does differently? Something concrete -- who takes the deposition, when you file, how you work up damages.
- Where you came from
- What in your background shapes how you practise? Where you trained, what you did before this, the certifications you hold.
- What working with you is like
- What does a client experience with you that they wouldn't elsewhere? Who picks up the phone, how often they hear from you, what the first meeting is like.
- What clients actually say
- What have clients, opposing counsel, or courts actually said about your work? Quote it if you can -- we will check it before we use it.
- What your market doesn't have
- What does your market need that nobody's providing? A language, a practice area, evening availability, a kind of case others turn away.
Your licence, your signature
You are the one the grievance committee writes to. So Windward works at three speeds, and you set which work sits at which.
Done for you
Low-risk upkeep, like correcting your address where a directory has it wrong. Windward does it and tells you afterwards.
Heads up first
Public-facing wording that no bar rule reaches -- a practice-area description, an FAQ answer. You get a window to change or stop it.
Your sign-off
Anything your state bar regulates -- case results, client testimonials, comparisons, anything that reads as a promise -- plus anything that repositions the practice or spends money. Nothing happens until you say yes.
Case results, testimonials and comparisons are always yours to sign
Windward checks anything in those categories against your state’s advertising rules before it even reaches you — naming the rule, quoting the wording it objects to, and saying what would fix it. If that check cannot be completed, the content does not go out. It has no setting that lets it through.
What Windward will never do
It will not contact a person who has just been in an accident, or help you do it. That is barratry — a felony in Texas under Penal Code §38.12 and a serious matter in most other states. The whole point of this product is winning the question before anyone asks it, which is the opposite business.
Ten minutes to find out where you stand
Tell Windward your market, your practice areas and where you are licensed. It asks the three models and shows you what came back.
